How long does a custom or made-to-order piece take?
Standard made-to-order pieces: 7–14 working days. Fully bespoke ceremonial pieces: 14–21 days. Fully hand-embroidered flagship gowns: up to 4 weeks. We share a completion date at order confirmation and keep you updated at every stage.
How do I get measured if I'm ordering from abroad?
We send a simple, illustrated measurement guide over WhatsApp. Most clients complete it in 10 minutes with a tailor's tape or a smartphone. For bespoke pieces, we offer a 20-minute video fitting to verify fit before production starts. Our fit guarantee covers adjustments.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide via DHL Express — typically 3–7 working days after production completes. Shipping is calculated at checkout or confirmed over WhatsApp for bespoke orders. Clients in 14 countries have already received Bisorich pieces.
What's your return and fit guarantee?
If a made-to-order piece doesn't fit correctly when it arrives, we re-tailor it at our cost. Ready-to-wear pieces can be exchanged within 7 days in unworn condition. Fully bespoke, custom-designed pieces are final sale — but we include two fittings specifically so this never comes up.
Can I order a piece for my partner or family member?
Absolutely. Our Bridal Heritage Set and Engagement Couples Look are designed for exactly this. For family groups (mother-of-the-bride sets, father-son robes, sibling coordination), message us on WhatsApp — we handle group orders regularly and offer coordinated pricing.
How do I care for hand-embroidered pieces?
Dry-clean only. Store on a padded hanger in the garment bag we provide. Keep away from direct sunlight. Never iron embroidery directly — use a pressing cloth on medium heat. Every piece ships with a printed care guide.
What payment methods do you accept?
MTN Mobile Money, Orange Money, bank transfer (CFA), Visa / Mastercard via secure international gateway, and PayPal for diaspora clients. Bespoke pieces require a 50% deposit to start production, with the balance due before shipping.
Can I see the fabric before I commit to a custom piece?
Yes. For bespoke orders we send real-time WhatsApp photos and short videos of the fabric options in natural light before you confirm. We would rather spend ten minutes on fabric confirmation than deliver a piece you're not in love with.
